"Every negative is a positive. The bad things that happen to me, I somehow make them good. That means you can't do anything to hurt me."

Be honest with me for a second.
Has your training intensity, focus, and consistency suffered ever since the world turned upside down?
If you answered "no", you're lying.
For those of you who sad "yes", you're in the same boat as every single hooper on the planet right now.
Times are tough, there's no denying that.
That's step one. You have to realize that everyone is facing the same big problem right now.
It's an even playing field.
And when times get tough, the majority of people don't properly recognize or take advantage of the opportunity in front of them.
I want to key you guys in on a little secret right now. This secret is the key to your success for the foreseeable future:
Use negative situations to your advantage.
Everybody hates things that are difficult. Obviously. And 95% of people do not have the mental toughness to push through high levels of adversity.
So in the beginning they might be great. But when something unexpected happens to them, they crumble and never recover. That's the sign of a mentally weak person.
Right now is an incredibly unique time. We've all been hit with adversity. And like I said, 95% of people DO NOT respond well to difficulties.
Most people have stopped working out.
Most people have stopped chasing their goals.
And it's no secret that most people in life don't reach the lofty goals and dreams they have.
You have a chance right now to put yourself in the top 5%. The 5% that's moving forward while everyone else is moving backwards. And all its going to take is a little bit of consistent action. Here's what you're going to do:
Boom. You are now in the top 5% of basketball players ON EARTH right now in terms of commitment. Because like I said, most are spending zero minutes a day chasing their goals.
(And if you choose to go more than 15 minutes, the closer you'll get to that hard working elite top 1% group...)
I know nothing is easy or ideal right now. But do as much as you can. Every night you should be able to lay your head on your pillow and feel like you did as much as you could to get closer to your goals.
If you don't feel like that, fix it.
The players who put in consistent work over the foreseeable future are the ones who are going to make it.
Everyone else - well, who knows.
There is ENORMOUS opportunity out there right now guys. The ones who choose to get up everyday and work hard are really going to separate themselves.
I hope you make the right choice.
And if you're serious about this stuff, check out this video as well.
